Founder and Medical DirectorAlfredo Iardino MD FACP FCCP
Dr. Alfredo Iardino, MD, FACP, FCCP is a board-certified Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine physician and senior medical leader with extensive experience in acute care, patient safety, and evidence-based clinical practice. He serves in multiple leadership roles at a regional medical center, including Chairman of Medicine and Director of Pulmonary Medicine, where he oversees complex clinical programs and quality initiatives. A Bismarck–Mandan resident for the past five years, Dr. Iardino has built strong professional and personal roots in the community and founded Thrive Home Hydration to deliver truly local, medically supervised IV hydration services directly to patients’ homes, hotels, and event venues. Unlike clinics that rely on outsourced care or one-size-fits-all, prepackaged infusion kits from pharmaceutical companies, all Thrive infusions are personally designed by Dr. Iardino with a physician’s focus on physiology, safety, and patient wellness, using pharmaceutical-grade ingredients, standardized screening, and protocol-driven oversight to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Lexy Johnson, RN, BSN
Born in Bismarck and a proud Montana State University graduate, Lexy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2012. With over 14 years of experience in Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, and outpatient orthopedic procedures, she brings a strong clinical foundation to hydration therapy. She is dedicated to making every client’s experience safe, comfortable, and stress-free while also delivering personalized, high-quality care. Outside of work, Lexy enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events, road trips to a good concert or mountain to hike, and spending time with her family.

Ally a Bismarck native and a graduate of the University of Mary, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She has been working as an ICU nurse since 2022, where she continues to care for critically ill patients. Alongside her ICU role, she is passionate about offering safe, convenient, and personalized IV infusion services to help people feel their very best. When she is not working, she enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and soaking up summer days on the Missouri River with her dog.
RNAlly Schwab, RN, BSN
Kintessa is one of our hydration nurses at ThrIVe Home Hydration. Kintessa attended the University of North Dakota, graduating in 2010 with her BSN. She brings 15 years of nursing experience to our team with a strong knowledge base in Oncology, Interventional Radiology, and Interventional Pain. Kintessa is passionate about providing excellent patient care and making each experience a positive one. When she is not working she can be found doing various activities with friends and family, including spending as much time on the river as our warm months allow, is always down for a concert, loves a good book recommendation, and can lose herself in all things crafting. Kintessa looks forward to helping you meet all your hydration needs!
